Introduction
The Challenge
TM Forum required a robust LED and AV solution to support a large international conference in Copenhagen. The event involved multiple content areas operating simultaneously and required screens that could perform reliably across long event days in a high-footfall environment.
The brief included deploying a combination of mobile LED screens and freestanding LED installations that could be positioned across the site to support presentations, live content, and event communications, while integrating smoothly with the wider event infrastructure.
Our Solution
LED House delivered a comprehensive LED solution across the TM Forum event, including the T50 mobile LED screen, multiple additional mobile screens, and several freestanding LED screen installations.
The T50 provided a large-format, self-contained solution with integrated AV, acting as a key visual focal point. Additional mobile and freestanding screens were deployed across the venue to support live content, presentations, and event messaging.
Our team managed installation, configuration, and live operation across all screen locations, ensuring consistent performance throughout the event.
The Outcome
